What if I arrive early for my appointment?

Your Psychologist, Ingrid, will let you in to the Psychology office at the time of your appointment. If you arrive before your scheduled appointment time, you are welcome to either:

-Wait in your car

-Wait in the air-conditioned indoors Reception area at Your Body Works

-Wait in the outdoor waiting area at Your Body Works, where outdoor chairs are provided for your comfort

-Walk a few hundred metres to the café to grab a coffee and relax, or browse in their giftshop: https://thelavendercottage.com.au

-Walk to the end of Groom St and relax at the picnic table and seats at the park, or spend some time in nature at the peaceful Kedron Brook (this can also be a nice thing to do if you have time after your appointment, if you have time). There is an off-leash dog walking area on one side of the Brook, and separate walk and bike paths on the other side
